Here are the policies regarding returns, refunds, shipping, and international sales for Little Wing Faerie Art.
Returns, refunds, and cancellations
If you are unhappy with your purchase after receiving it, a full refund will be granted (upon item or items return) if Little Wing Faerie Art is notified within 5 days of receiving the item. Item must be returned in the exact condition it was received and shipped within 30 days of the purchase date. Return shipping is at customer expense.
Butterfly Eyes and E-Book tutorials are non-returnable. Refunds will only be granted with proof of damage in transit or non-delivery.
In order to cancel an order, notification must be given before the item has shipped.
Shipping of your purchase will occur within three business days of the date of payment. Within the United States shipping is done through USPS 1st class mail and USPS standard shipping (with tracking) and it usually takes 5-7 days. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional charge. Notification is sent at the time of shipping.
Shipping is via USPS first class international to most countries outside the U.S. and shipping time can vary greatly depending on the destination. Other arrangements for shipping (foreign or domestic) upon customer request are available at an additional cost.
If purchasing from outside the United States, please be advised that your country may impose duty or import taxes on your purchase upon its entry into your country. It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with your country's polices on imports, as some countries have restrictions on certain items and materials, and impose high import fees. Little Wing Faerie Art is not responsible for any duty your country may assess.
Due to differences in electrical outlets and amperage outside of North America, Little Wing Faerie Art does not sell plug in electrical lamps to any country outside of North America. Battery powered lanterns, faerie wings, and other available art, all ship worldwide.
